How much does a repair cost?
Our call-out fee starts from $100 + GST. The final repair cost depends on the appliance, fault, parts required and work involved.
What areas do you service?
We primarily service Auckland’s North Shore and Auckland CBD. Contact us with your suburb if you’re outside these areas.
What warranty do your repairs include?
Our repairs come with a 1-year parts and workmanship warranty.
Which appliances do you repair?
Washing machines, dishwashers, dryers, fridges, freezers, electric ovens, and electric or induction cooktops. We also provide heat pump services.
Do you repair gas appliances or microwaves?
We don’t repair or install gas appliances, and we don’t currently repair microwaves.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
Once we diagnose the fault, we explain your options. If the appliance is old or the repair is uneconomical, we’ll let you know so you can make an informed decision.
